I agree with Last. Even if you prove to be a good player, we can't really make a good conclusion about your ingame personality if you answer everything with a single word.

I don't really know what people wanna know from me on theese kind of questions, if i work? Yes.. If i'm nice? I guess? I doubt that the fact that you are employed matters, unless it would interfere in some way with your gameplay. We just want to know whether you are a serious person, teamplayer, who knows the tactics or is keen on reading them carefully. It is also important to be quick in apprehension. This is how you should describe yourself so that we can make the right decision.

Agree with me that answering with "Yes" and "No" makes you look indifferent to the questions and the whole process, even if you are not.
